Curbside and private-property placement
Landscape Rock Direct is not responsible for damage that may occur when a customer requests or allows delivery trucks to enter past the curb, including driveways, pavers, concrete, asphalt, turf, irrigation, landscaping, underground utilities, gates, slopes, or other private-property surfaces and access areas.
Natural material variation
Rock, gravel, sand, soil, mulch, and other landscape materials are natural or source-yard materials. Photos are provided as close visual references, but actual color, size, shape, texture, moisture, and mix can vary by quarry, yard, screen, load, lighting, and availability.
Construction truck conditions
Delivery trucks and construction equipment may occasionally leave dust, tire marks, minor debris, or small fluid and oil drips. Customers should choose a dump location with this possibility in mind before authorizing truck access or material placement.
By requesting delivery placement beyond the curb or public street, the customer acknowledges these site-access risks and is responsible for selecting a suitable dump location.
