Class 2 Road Base is a compactable aggregate used below pavers, slabs, drive approaches and other prepared hardscape areas. Confirm the required specification and compacted depth with the project plan before ordering.

Delivery is quoted separately based on address, access, truck availability, and order size.
Coverage
How much to order
One cubic yard covers about 162 square feet at 2 inches deep or 108 square feet at 3 inches before allowances for settling, compaction and uneven grade.
Selection tip
Before you request delivery
Do not substitute decorative gravel, #57 rock or washed stone when a plan specifically calls for Class 2 base.
Delivery planning
Send the delivery city, address, gate notes, and dump location. Photos help when wires, slopes, trees, or narrow access may affect truck placement.
